During this time, we will keep you up to date with all activity and feedback the property has received. When an offer from a buyer comes in, we will present it to you and go over all the details allowing you to make the most informed decision when choosing your buyer.

Under Contract to Closing

Once you’ve accepted a contract to purchase your property the timeline, terms, and contingencies of the offer will be set in motion. Our team manages the sequential milestones and keeps clear communication with you and with all other essential parties throughout the process. During this stage of the journey, you’ll utilize our skills in negotiation, problem solving, and project management. We’ll navigate you through the inspection period and work with you and your real estate attorney to come to a satisfactory purchase and sale agreement. Once we’ve obtained the necessary certificates required for the property to transfer and any contingencies are removed, you’ll be clear to close!
